stayed here for a few nights and was absolutely horrified. the bathroom was DISGUSTING and not cleaned once, which would have been bearable if my plug had worked, but no one looked at it! and to top it off, no room upgrade for all my troubles. very disappointing, i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

The location was perfect! Just a quick walk to Rotterdam Centraal and cool bars nearby. The room was decent, but the access to it was a bit tricky with my luggage. 🚪😅

We stayed here for two nights and it was a great base for exploring Rotterdam with my family, including one child. The location is perfect for checking out the nearby theaters and enjoying some local activities. The staff was friendly and the price was reasonable.

My wife says that more kid-friendly facilities would be great.

I stayed in a shared six-bed room with my buddies. The sense of community was awesome! We often grabbed packed lunches from the lobby for our outings, which was super handy. The only thing is, the Wi-Fi was kinda spotty in our room. It didn’t ruin the fun, though!

Clean, spacious twin room and great location for exploring. Really enjoyed having a plethora of clean towels available!

the room was tidy and already heated when we arrived the staff was kind and helped us with directions quite quickly. very close to public transport and the central station which was a plus.

Recommend it for solo travelers

The private twin room was like a hotel room, very satisfying! ! I had a private bathroom and a balcony. It was super quiet! Never heard a peep from anyone else. Really helped me unwind after a long day. Staff was friendly and always ready to help, made me feel right at home.

It wasn’t expensive, but still felt like the price was a bit high.

A&O Rotterdam City is super close to the center of Rotterdam, making it easy to explore. The breakfast had a great selection and is served until 11am, which is rare and convenient for travelers. The Twin Room we stayed in was quite comfortable and spacious, with necessary amenities like a kettle.

The bathroom cleanliness was slightly lacking.
