Stayed here for a few nights and was horrified. The bathroom was DISGUSTING and not cleaned once, which would have been bearable if my plug had worked, but no one looked at it! And to top it off, no room upgrade for all my troubles. Very disappointing, i almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

Location, tram in front of hotel, BHF within 7 minutes walking distance, size of the room was ok, window that could be opened :)
It was a bit musty, I found some remains of my previous tenant. Bathroom extremely narrow and the shower was not ready.

Friendly and accommodating staff made check-in easy.
The room was uncomfortably cold . I also encountered a lot of noise from outside the hotel, hard to relax. There were not enough electrical outlets near the beds, quite inconvenient.

Consider checking the condition of bathroom facilities upon arrival to address any issues early on, as some rooms may have quirks.

- Perfect location near the station. - Clean and practical, good room size... - Excellent price/performance ratio!
- Bed a little too soft for my taste. - Breakfast could be a touch more substantial.

Nothing
We spent couple days (12-14Oct2014, room 217D) in this hotel and it was one of the worst experience in my life. A very bad odour was in all places, very unpleasant. Elevator stinks like if a rodent was dead for weeks, corridor stinks like a very old pub with thousand smokers, room smells like very old and mouldy place. When we arrived to the room, I was shocked, there is nothing related to the photos presented in Booked.net and the reality, everything was from the post-soviet era. Furniture really old, chair almost broken, mould in windows and showers, we must open all windows in order to release bad odour. Humidity is evident in all walls, bathroom has mould even in the ceiling!!! Bed sheet and pillows look like never have been clean, in fact I used my own clothes to cover the bed because the odour was so bad. Breakfast is really unpleasant, everything look cheap and old, and attending personal is really rude and not interested on clients. My personal opinion is avoid this place and I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy (I care about wellness of human being).

The walls of my room were VERY thin. You hear all the conversations and noises from the neighbour's room as if you were in it yourself. Apparently, the bathroom of the neighboring room borders on the bedroom of the neighboring room, which means that the noises there are amplified by sound.

The location was perfect! Just a quick walk to Rotterdam Centraal and cool bars nearby. The room was decent, but the access to it was a bit tricky with my luggage 🚪😅
